After a beautiful walk along the sand, we wandered up to Mine Sunshine Beach for brunch and what a fun find. The vibe here is pure fun and coastal energy upbeat music, friendly staff, and that perfect mix of busy-but-not-too-busy that makes you feel part of the buzz but not overwhelmed.
There is a casual alfresco area under the big shady tree, the kind of place you could easily laze for hours, coffee in hand. Inside has a great atmosphere too with tunes playing and bar seats where we had a coffee and gourmet toasted sandwich amd was perfect for a bit of people-watching.
Whether you’re post-beach or just chasing a good vibe, Mine Café at Sunshine Beach is a must. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to stay for 'just one more coffee'.
